Het onderwijs zal nooit meer hetzelfde zijn.
Binnen een week, is ons onderwijs van frontaal leren naar digitaal gegaan, iets wat we tot voor kort niet voor mogelijk hadden kunnen zien. Crisis brengt mensen in beweging, gewoon omdat we geen andere keuze hebben en wat blijkt er dan veel mogelijk. Er is een nieuwe wereld open gegaan, ons huidige onderwijssysteem is failliet!

Ons ‘wagonnetje’ had al jaren kuren. Met wat vernieuwingen links en rechts zorgden we dat de trein steeds weer door de inspectiekeuringen heen kwam, en dus kon blijven rijden. Ons huidige onderwijs systeem is al eeuwen oud, dus echt mis kon het niet zijn of toch wel? Maar tijden veranderen en soms ook erg snel. Door de corona crisis moeten we ineens aan boord springen van voorbijrazende hypermoderne sprinter. Ben je flexibel en al een beetje ICT vaardig, dan gaat dat wel aardig, maar voor vele rijd te trein wel erg hard en hollen ze er achteraan. Met in hun nek hijgend het besluit van het ministerie om onderwijs door te laten gaan, aan hun been hangend hun eigen gezin met kinderen en een afstand te overbruggen waarbij vele vaardigheden nog te kort schieten.
Toch komen de trotse klanken, dat het steeds meer onderwijzers lukt. Met vallen en opstaan worden alle zeilen bijgezet om de leerling/student niet de dupe te laten worden van deze crisis. Alle passie, liefde en overuren worden deze dagen gedraaid om een programma neer te zetten waar je trots op terug wilt kijken.
Maar als je eenmaal geproefd hebt van dit nieuwe goed, deze nieuwe weg hebt ingeslagen. Dan kunnen we toch niet anders dan concluderen, dat er geen weg terug is. Ons oude onderwijssysteem doorgaat een transformatie, een met vele kansen voor de toekomst. Stilzitten was al geen optie, maar nu moeten we doorpakken. Welke kansen zie jij?
